<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long-size club which is easy to swing even through being a long size, and with which the flying distance of a ball can be increased by increasing the head speed to a maximum. SOLUTION: A head 2 is fitted on the tip end section of a shaft 1, and a grip 3 is provided at the rear end section of this long-size golf club the club length of which is 48 inches or longer. In such a long-size golf club, the angular moment with a location A at 170 mm from the grip rear end 1e to the shaft tip end side as the fulcrum is set in a range of 2.00×104 to 2.20×104 g.cm. At the same time, a relationship of the club total mass Y (g) to the club length X (in.) is made to satisfy Y=-9.17X+b (708.5<=b<=733.5).</p> |
