PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for controlling the division of a living cell with a physical means and its use. SOLUTION: An oscillation energy having an intrinsic resonance frequency of a dividing condensed chromatid is given from the outside of a cell to resonantly oscillate the condensed chromatid to inhibit the disposition of the condensed chromatid to the cell equatorial plane by the centromere microtubule to control the progress of the cell division. The treatment apparatus has an oscillator 1 supplying oscillation energy to a living cell and a frequency controller 3 for controlling the frequency of the oscillation energy. The DNA analyzer permits resonantly oscillating the condensed chromatid with the oscillation energy, isolating it from the centromere microtubule, and extracting and analyzing it. The treatment system has a DNA analyzer to give a molecular weight by analyzing a condensed chromatid of a cell collected from a treatment site, a treatment-planning site to specify an intrinsic resonance frequency of a condensed chromatid of an abnormal cell from the molecular weight, and treatment apparatus to supply oscillation energy having a specified intrinsic resonance frequency to the treatment site.
|
