PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing easily formable and hollow stick- like pretzel having good palate feeling. SOLUTION: This hollow stick-like pretzel is obtained by using dough containing pregelatinized wheat flour, forming the pretzel and baking the resultant.
