PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap attached with a comb which can apply liquid content to hair enough and efficiently avoiding leak of liquid from edge of the comb securely by improving retention property of liquid content at the top of the comb teeth as the technical purpose. SOLUTION: At the top of a connecting cylinder 3 which is connected to a cylindrical opening 20 of a squeeze bottle 18 securely, plural comb teeth 13 are formed uprising in series at even intervals horizontally through a standing cylinder 7 and a top plate 8, and frame pieces 10 of the comb teeth are formed uprising at each side of the top plate 8, and each of comb teeth 13 has a tapping hole 16 penetrating through the both sides at its upper part, and a tapping passage 15 is formed by penetrating from the tapping hole 16 to the bottom of the top plate 8, and a rugged face 17 which has plural lateral concavities and lateral convexities vertically alternately is formed on the both sides of each edge which is upper than the tapping holes 16 of the comb teeth 13.
