SOLUTION: In this apparatus for feeding bed soil in which a feed hopper 7 and a soil sending part at the lower part of the feed hopper 7 are arranged at the upper position of a transportation stand 1 for transporting a seedling raising container 2, the soil sending part is equipped with a pair of front and rear bed soil sending rolls 13 and 14 provided with channels 15 at fixed intervals in parallel with the direction of the generator on the outer peripheral face on an opening part 8 formed at the lower part of the feed hopper 7.
