PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ostomy bag with a new constitution in which the disadvantage possessed by an existing product is eliminated. SOLUTION: This ostomy bag comprises a flexible pouch 1 and a flange 2 attached to the bag, which is constituted so that the bag is attached to a patient or removed from the patient by this flange. The pouch has a front wall 10 and a rear wall 11 opposed to the patient, and the rear end has an opening 13, so that the excretion from the patient can flow in the pouch through the opening. The flange has an opening extended through in a line with the opening 13 of the rear wall. In such an ostomy bag, the flange has an adhesive rear surface 28 for attaching the flange to the patient, and at least most part 22 of the flange is removably attached to the pouch, so that the flange can be separated from the pouch after use and disposed independently of the pouch.
