PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reciprocating pump wherein a diameter of an element disposed for transmitting driving force of the eccentric cam to a diaphragm and the like is formed as smaller as possible, an eccentric load is reduced by suppressing a pressure angle generated between an eccentric cam and contact rolling elements, and suitable non-pulsation carrying is realized by improving an efficiency for transmitting the driving force. SOLUTION: In the reciprocating pump provided with a driving force supplying unit 40 for driving a diaphragm, the driving force supplying unit 40 is constituted by using one eccentric cam 42, piston parts 43, 44 which are moved in reciprocation by the eccentric cam 42, and the contact rolling elements 45, 46 for transmitting driving force of the eccentric cam 42 to the piston parts 43, 44, and each diameter of the contact rolling elements 45, 46 is formed smaller than that of the eccentric cam 42 for suppressing the pressure angle generated between the eccentric cam 42 and the contact rolling elements 45, 46.
