PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized rotor magnet having large magnetic energy. SOLUTION: As a rotor magnet 1, a bonded magnet composed by molding a substance obtained from binding SmFeN magnetic powder with a binder, such as a polyamide, etc., is used. Since the SmFeN magnetic powder is of the order of one-tenth as large as the size of NdFeB magnetic powder, and the density of the magnetic powder in the magnet can be made more uniform and higher, no pole variation is produced when multiple poles are magnetized. It is also possible to reduce the size of a rotor, since the maximum energy product of this magnet is higher than that of an SmCo magnet.
