PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and efficiently mount a heating element to a heat sink. SOLUTION: A bracket 6 comprises a first clinch part 10 for calking/fixing to the heat sink, a second clinch part 12 for calking/fixing to a circuit board, a hook part 7 for hanging a heating transistor 1 which comprises a fitting hole 2 at the upper part while a plurality of terminals 3 are protruded at the lower part, regulation walls (8a, 8b, 9a, 9b, and 9c) for position-regulating a side surface 1b of the transistor 1, and an elastic piece 11 for elastic contact to a surface 1c opposite to the heat sink side of the transistor 1. With the bracket 6 used, the transistor 1 is provided between a pair of regulation walls by inserting the hook part 7 into the fitting hole 2 to hold the transistor 1 with the bracket 6, while the first and second clinch parts 10 and 12 are bent to calking/fixing the bracket 6 to the heat sink and the circuit board.
