PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively and efficiently recognize the operation of service in an exchange using a common line signal system. SOLUTION: An A/D conversion part 22 receiving analog call signals a1 and a2 from an exchange 10 converts the analog call signals a1 and a1 into digital call signals (d) and transmits the digital call signal (d) to a channel control part 21. The channel control part 21 sets the exchange 10 as the next transmission destination of the digital call signal (d) based on the digital call signal (d) and transmits the digital call signal (d) to a D/A conversion part 23. The D/A conversion part 23 converts the digital call signal (d) into the analog call signal, decides which analog line terminal of the exchange 10 which is set as the next connection destination is to be connected based on connection control information included in a common line signal (k) and outputs the analog call signals a1 and a2 to the decided analog line terminal.
