OPTICAL PARTS AND PROJECTOR USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique to easily manufacture optical parts without deteriorating the optical characteristics of the optical parts so much. SOLUTION: The optical parts consist of glass, an optical member to be joined with the glass and a joining layer to join the glass and the optical member on the flat plane of each. The joining plane of the glass transmits the light treated in the optical parts and has about 3 nm to about 10 nm rms surface roughness.
