PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe water extracting apparatus capable of corresponding to a place to extract water and conducting water extracting work at good work efficiency and at good water extracting efficiency. SOLUTION: In this pipe water extracting apparatus, a water extracting head fitted with a pipe inside photographing camera, an illuminating lamp for illuminating a portion to be photographed, and a sucking part for sucking water in the tube is provided on the tip of a water extracting hose having flexibility, data of image photographed by the camera is transmitted to the outside of the pipe through a camera cable having flexibility and connected to the camera, the pipe inside is observed from the outside of the pipe according to the transmitted photographed image to suck water in the pipe by the sucking part, and the sucked water in the pipe is discharged to the outside of the pipe through the water extracting hose. In the apparatus, the water extracting hose is formed by plural split water extracting hoses connected in the longitudinal direction to communicate with each other, and a hose connecting part for removably connecting and communicating the plural split water extracting hoses is provide in each of the plural split water extracting hoses.
