PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a page space layout device capable of rightly managing the generation of article or image. SOLUTION: This page space layout device is integrated into a typesetting terminal 9 and the typesetting terminal 9 has a data part 25 and a communication module 26. When the article or image having the same identification module is sent again, the retransmission can be reported to a manipulating operator. Besides, corresponding to the instruction of the manipulating operator, layout is enabled in place of the article or image of a latest version or arbitrary generation. Further, contents can be compared for judging whether or not replacement with the article or image of the latest version or arbitrary generation is enabled.
