PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a ventilation space between an external wall 1 and a skeleton without using any furring strips and to provide a sufficient ventilation performance. SOLUTION: Projecting bodies 2 of approximately same heights are formed vertically and horizontally at prescribed intervals apart respectively across the approximately whole face of the rear face of the external wall material 1. The cross section of the projecting body 2 is set to an approximately elliptical shape with the ratio of the long diameter to the short diameter set to 1.5-3.0 and the height of the projecting body 2 set to 7 mm or more.
