PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To help an operator easily get onto and get off an operator's seat and improve working efficiency by making a working unit easy to see by broadening the field of view in a low vehicle height construction machine in which a sunshade device is set low. SOLUTION: A roof 7 covering the part above an operator's seat 3 is pivoted rotatably upward and downward to the upper end of a support 6 erected in the rear of the operator's seat 3 of a construction machine 2 and a stay 68 to fix the roof 7 in an optional rotated position and a stay fixing bolt are provided.
