PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal pressure regulating apparatus for a flexible bag body, which not only can prevent excessive increase in internal pressure but also achieve internal pressure regulation according to the water level in a flexible bag body installation water in spite of its simple structure, and to provide a flexible film weir using the internal pressure regulating apparatus, and an internal pressure regulating method for the same. SOLUTION: The internal pressure regulating apparatus for the flexible bag body for use in the undulated weir functions to discharge internal gas in an overpressure condition of the flexible bag body, and is comprised of the flexible bag body into which gas can be charged, and a pipe body extending from an exhaust port formed in the bag body and having an open end. The pipe body has its open end introduced into water on an upstream side of the flexible bag body installation water. There are also provided the flexible film weir using the internal pressure regulating apparatus, and the internal pressure regulating method for the same.
