PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the image forming device of good operation efficiency which can yield the necessary number of images by grasping how many number of additional images are required besides the number of images which is set in the initial stage or by grasping only the total necessary number of images. SOLUTION: A number setting means 1a for setting the number of images to be formed, an image reading means 2 for reading an original image, an image storage means 3 for storing image data of an original which is read by the image reading means, an image forming means 4 for forming image data stored in the image storage means onto a recording material by a number which is set by the number setting means, a start instruction means 1b giving the instruction of the start of an image forming operation and an interruption instruction means 1c for giving the instruction of the interruption of the image forming operation are installed. When the image forming operation is interrupted by the interruption instruction means, it can be designated how many number of images are to be added for the number of images which is set by the number setting means. |
