PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible pipe joint with a companion flange to be capable of performing mass production at a low cost. SOLUTION: A flexible pipe joint 10 comprises a pipe body 11 having flexible; flange parts 12 formed at the two end parts of the pipe body 11; flange mounting parts 13 situated axially internally of the respective flange parts 12; and a division type companion flange 11. A flange 22 of piping 20 and the companion flange 1 mounted on the flange mounting part 13 are fastened against each other by means of a bolt 25 and a nut 24 and flange connection is effected between the flexible pipe joint 10 and the piping 20.
