PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized dielectric filter large in the latitude of a frequency shift amount small in the number of components and to provide an antenna multicoupler and a communication unit. SOLUTION: An outer conductor 17, an input terminal electrode 21, an output terminal electrode 22, a voltage control terminal electrode 23, and two floating electrodes 24, 25 are formed on the outer face of a dielectric block 12. Furthermore, PIN diodes D11, D12 being reactance elements that are voltage-controlled, inductors L11, L12 that apply voltage-control to the PIN diodes D11, D12, and a coupling adjustment capacitor C11 are mounted on an upper face 12c of the dielectric block 12. Frequency shift capacitors Cs1, Cs2 result from static capacitance formed respectively between the floating electrodes 24, 25 and an inner conductor 16 of resonance holes 13, 14.
