The main line (8) comprises means for locally reducing the cross-section for the liquid passage, so as to form a region of lower pressure of the liquid the mixing line (20) emerging in the region of lower pressure, said installation further comprising means for adjusting (22) liquid flow rate designed to flow from the mixing line (20) into the main line (8), which are arranged on the mixing line and are away from the main line (8).
