SOLUTION: When an exclusive cover paper having receiver identification information for identifying a receiver is attached to a communication document and FAX transmission is performed, and when the communication document with the cover paper is received by fax, receiver identification information on the exclusive cover paper is read, the document storage area of the receiver is specified from receiver identification information and the communication document is stored in the document storage area.
