PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication exchange, with which purchasers and a supplier can be participated in a tender. SOLUTION: This communication commodity exchange system is provided with a web server 11 for managing all items generated inside an article exchange 10, delivery pre-processing part 12 for attaining the reduction of delivery costs by examining/sorting auction items contracted through the article exchange 10 and relating a seller, with which an auction contract is established, and purchasers while sorting them for the same area or each of proximate areas, conclusion part 13 in charge of contract concluding between the seller and the purchaser in the article exchange 10, data base part 14 for preserving and managing data processed by the web server, and payment server 15, which is provided with a payment managing part 151, in charge of communication with a credit card company for processing the settlement of price after contract conclusion. The article exchange 10 really processes the contract on a communication line and provides transaction conditions. |
