PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Web site which functions as a home page for both of a personal computer and a portable telephone set although the contents are the same and allows the access of a terminal of a different-kind. SOLUTION: The Web site having a WWW page is provided with an access point 20 provided in common to individual terminal devices 10 accessing to the Web site, a means 30 for identifying the type of the terminal devices 10, a database 50 in which the contents of the WWW page are stored and a means 40 for converting the contents stored in the database 50 in accordance with the type of the devices 10. The contents converted for the type of the device 10 by the converting means are sent to the devices 10.
