PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly process silver halide photographic sensitive materials by using a small amount of a processing liquid. SOLUTION: The development processing liquid is adhered only on the surfaces 40A of the photograph configuration layers of the silver halide photographic sensitive materials 40 by the image forming device 10 using its processing liquid applying means 310. Separately, the bleach-fix processing liquid is otherwise adhered thereto. The images are formed by adhering various kinds of the least possible processing liquids only to the surfaces 40A of the photograph configuration layers of the silver halide photographic sensitive materials 40 to execute processing so that the drying of the photosensitive materials 40 may be rapidly carried out by saving the useless consumption of the processing liquids.
