PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient measuring method, capable of detecting two or more kinds of materials to be measured at one measurement, and omitting pre-processing intended for concentrating the materials to be measured, and to provide an apparatus for implementing the method. SOLUTION: This method for measuring two or more kinds of materials to be measured in a sample comprises at least the following processes: (a) A process for adsorbing one or two or more kinds of materials to be measured by an adsorbent by charges and/or polarity of the material to be measured. (b) A process for reacting one or two kinds of detecting materials having specific coupling property to the material to be measured with the material to be measured adsorbed in the adsorbent, and (c) A process for detecting the detecting material.
