PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a wireless base station that is not susceptive to influence of a delay wave on a control signal in order to improve the error rate characteristics of a control channel. SOLUTION: Transmission/reception of a control channel are conducted for each sector, and all sectors under the control of a base station are sequentially switched to broadcast.
