PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at water-proofing in a conductor exposed from a core of a shield wire. SOLUTION: The shield wire 10 is covered with a cylindrical housing 25, and a terminal metal fitting 15 is fixed to a conductor 11 exposed from a core 12 of the shield wire 10, and a gap between the sheath 14 of the shield wire 10 and the housing 25 is sealed. In a mounting state to a shield wall 30, since the shield wire 10 is penetrated through a mounting hole 31 and the gap between the housing 25 and the mounting hole 31 is sealed and the housing 25 covers and hides an exposed part of the conductor 11 liquid-tightly wherein the shield wall 30 and a shield layer 13 of the shield wire 10 are conductively connected, there is no risk of the liquid entering inside the conductor 10 through the gap of the core wires constituting the conductor 11.
