The brush head has an elongated slot which is divided into several segments by transverse walls. Each segment receives separate tuft. The transverse wall is arranged so that separate tufts converge to form an elongated tuft (5) with a closed, smooth outer contour. An independent claim is also included for method of manufacturing brush head.
