<p>A wind power plant has at least one fixed-speed windmill (FS1-FS4) and at least one variable-speed windmill (VS1-VS4) which are coupled to a common electric network (CNET1-CNET3, EPG). The variable-speed windmill has a controllable converter means (10) for independent control of active power (P) and of reactive power (Q) supplied to the common electric network, in dependence on an active power set point value (Pset) and a reactive power set point value (Qset). The power plant further has measuring means (121-125) for providing, in a frequency interval that extends above and below a frequency of 8.8 Hz, measured values (U, I) representative of one of a voltage fluctuation and of a fluctuation in active and reactive power at a selected point in the common electric network. The plant further comprises flicker control means (16, 17, 18P, 18Q), responsive to fluctuations in said frequency interval, for receiving the measured values and generating at least one of an active power flicker correction signal (Pcorr, Pcorr') and a reactive power flicker correction signal (Qcorr, Qcorr') in dependence thereon, and means (21p, 21Q) for receiving said at least one flicker correction signal and for forming at least one of the active power set point value and the reactive power set point value in dependence on said at least one active power flicker correction signal.</p> |
