PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt driving device for a flat printed body processing machine offering simplified work for replacing a belt and a shortest possible loss time. SOLUTION: A roller 28 on which a belt 33 is partly wound is linked to a frame using a two-link-type crank formed with an eccentric shaft 37 and a connection rod 38. When the two-link-type crank is displaced from a position corresponding to an operation position of the roller 28, where a belt 33 is set while being energized by a compression spring 34, to a position of the belt 33 to be loosened corresponding to a position away from the operation position of the roller 28, the connection rod 38 is put in contact with a stopper surface of the eccentric shaft 37, formed at a shaft cut portion, so that the two-link-type crank followed by the roller 28 is held at the position with the operation of the compression spring. In this state, work for replacing the belt 33 can be done.
