PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding device for carrying a precision equipment, inexpensive and of superior durability and vibration absorption properties. SOLUTION: The holding device for carrying the precision equipment is used for preventing the vibration applied to the precision equipment in the carriage of the precision equipment, and provided with a base (7) on which the precision equipment (3) is mounted, holding frames (1 and 2) holding rotatably the base (7) in the horizontal direction, a vibration absorption member (6) absorbing the vibration in the vertical direction of the base (7) and a cushion member or members (5) formed of a molded body composed of a flexible urethane resin either on one or both of the base side or the folding frame side whereon the base (7) and the holding frame (1) are brought into contact with together by the rotation in the horizontal direction of the base (7).
