PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate such a conventional problem that a head rest collides with a forward obstacle when a rear seat back is tilted in a rear seat back with head rest because the conventional rear seat back is tilted longitudinally about a single axis. SOLUTION: A link 4 is installed between a knuckle 3 and a rear seat back 1, the link 4 is connected pivotally to the rear seat back 1 through a second shaft 12 at the rear of a first shaft 11, and a stopper 9 is provided to abut on the link 4 when the rear seat back 1 is forwardly tilted from a use reference position. When the rear seat back 1 is tilted from a rear side to a front side, after the link 4 abuts on the stopper 9, the rear seat back 1 is tilted about a second shaft 12 positioned at the rear side of the first shaft 11. Thus, when the rear seat back is tilted forward, the rear seat back is moved rearward so that the head rest 10 does not collide with an obstacle.
