<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a separation method for a seramics green sheet, which enables to decrease the binding strength between a base film and a seramics green sheet and separate the seramics green sheet form the base film without fail. SOLUTION: From the base film 12 side toward the seramics green sheet 14 the claw 24 is pressed against and by the method of scratching, stroking, squeezing and so on, a partially separated part is formed between the base film 12 and the seramics green sheet 14. Thereafter, the ceramics green sheet 14 is separated from the base film 12.</p> |
