PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing material for a cave filler, capable of providing a stable development of strength, and further to provide the filler of the cave. SOLUTION: This mixing material for the cave filler comprising a coal ash having <5 wt.% content of CaO and the cave filler containing cement and the mixing material for the cave filler are provided.
