PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for interior trim capable of mounting surely an interior trim on a body panel without increasing the number of part items or deteriorating its appearance. SOLUTION: This mounting structure for interior trim is to mount an interior trim 1 formed approximately in flatness on a mounting face of interior panel 7 for a quarter inner panel 5 from inside cabin of vehicle. The mounting face of interior panel 7 of the quarter inner panel 5 is formed on a curved face protruding to outside car and the face outside the cabin of the interior trim 1 is pressed against the mounting face of interior panel 7 to be fixed on the quarter inner panel 5 in a state that the interior trim 1 is bent.
