PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vise-clamping punch that can simultaneously punch a plurality of holes in a workpiece along the width or length thereof and is freely adjustable in the hole pitch. SOLUTION: The vise-clamping punch comprises a clamping means for clamping a workpiece, and at least two working tools rotatable by a drive mechanism to machine the workpiece clamped by the clamping means. The distance between those working tools is variable with a distance varying means.
