PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conventionally unknown method for controlling separation of anodic junction joint based on the viewpoint that anodic junction is a method for obtaining junction by attaching glass to a metal through utilizing electric charge accumulated on the glass near the junction interface due to transfer of alkali metal ion in the glass by electric field and then by anodic oxidization on the metal surface caused by oxygen supplied from the glass side. SOLUTION: This method comprises, in anodic junction of glass with a metal or semiconductor causing no separation due to reverse voltage application, before connecting, covering at least a part of junction surface of the metal or semiconductor with a metal film causing separation so as to form a joint capable of at least partially separation or, in anodic junction of the glass with the metal or semiconductor causing separation due to reverse voltage application, before connecting, covering at least a part of junction surface of the metal or semiconductor with a metal film causing no separation so as to form a joint capable of at least partially separation.
