PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen food capable of homogeneously being heated without forming 'heating unevenness' when subjected to cooking using a microwave oven and a freeze-processing cooked food obtained by using the frozen food. SOLUTION: The frozen food is obtained by stirring a liquid food under cooling to bring the liquid food into such a state that gas is contained and the specific weight is lightened, and freezing it. Further, the freeze-processing cooked food is obtained by adding the frozen food so that the content of the frozen food is >=30 wt.% and freezing the resultant mixture.
