PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an apparatus for guiding stem parts of a farm product in culture facilities. SOLUTION: Stems 5 of the farm product are seized at the lower sides of guiding strings 4, the stems 5 are guided and retained in a fixed direction and the upper sides of the guiding strings 4 are hung from a guide wire 3 installed at the upper part of the facilities to support the strings. The upper sides of the strings 4 can be drawn out and lengthened. The guide wire is provided with control tools 7, 7,... so as not to move the upper sides of the strings 4 in the length direction of the wire 3. The upper sides of the strings 4 are surely supported on the control tools 7 of the wire 3 while drawing out the upper sides of the strings. The stems 5 are prevented from returning in the anti-guiding direction, the stems 5 of the farm product are prevented from coming into contact with a medium to effectively prevent an outbreak of disease.
