HEATER BLOCK FOR HEATING INNER SURFACE OF CARTON

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heater block for heating the inner surface of a carton, in which heating efficiency for an each panel constituting the lower part-closing part and the upper part-closing part of a carton blank is enhanced. SOLUTION: The heater block for heating the inner surface of a carton is equipped with a pair of opposite gusset panels respectively inward tilted and a pair of opposite closing panels, or a pair of opposite gable roof-forming panels respectively inward tilted and a closed-end barrel body 25 equipped with the opposite sides respectively opposed to each inside seal face of a pair of opposite transverse wall-forming panels. Respective many pores 23 blowing out hot air 26 on each opposite side of the barrel body 25 are obliquely tilted so as to blow hot air in the direction nearly orthogonal to each inside seal area tilted inward and provided respectively. Orthogonal blow-out faces 27 in the direction orthogonal to these pores 23 are provided respectively in the outlets of the respective pores 23 tilted obliquely on the each opposite side of the barrel body 25.
