PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide on-vehicle electronic equipment capable of surely preventing the dropping of an operation part when the operating part is demounted from an operation panel. SOLUTION: When the operating part 30 is mounted on an operation panel 20, an engagement pin 42 is held on an U-shaped holding face in a guide engagement groove 32 to be engaged with the guide engagement groove 32. A user slides a release lever 41 in the predetermined direction to demount the operating part 30 from this condition. As the engagement pin 42 is moved in accompany with the movement of the release lever 41, the engagement pin 42 and the guide engagement groove 32 are disengaged from each other. As the operating part 30 energized by a predetermined elastic mechanism is floated up from the operation panel 20, the user can grasp the operating part 30 to demount the same from the operation panel 20. Here, as a cut of the engagement pin 42 and a cut of the operating part 30 are engaged with each other, the operating part 30 can be prevented from being dropped from the operation panel 20.
