PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mattress cover that can maintain a mattress clean, by enabling one to replace the cover portion alone covering the top surface of the mattress where dirt most easily builds up, while a person is kept laid down on the mattress. SOLUTION: A mattress cover is constituted of a top cover 2 that covers the top surface alone of the mattress, a bottom cover 4 that covers the mattress surfaces other than the top one and fastening means to fasten the top cover 2 alone to the top surface of the mattress consisting of buttons 6, bonding cloths 12, 13, 14, 15 and a roll-in cloth so that the top cover 2 alone can be more frequently replaced than the bottom cover 4 to maintain cleanliness and comfort.
