PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hoisting towing device capable of being miniaturized and lightened, and further reducing the number of pieces of components and the working man-hour by reducing a center distance of a reduction gear, and integrally forming a load gear with a load sheave. SOLUTION: In this hoisting towing device comprising a pinion gear 4, the reduction gear 5a engaged with the pinion gear 4 and pivoted on a frame 1, and the load sheave 2 interlocked with the reduction gear 5b and pivoted on the frame, a reduction gear bearing 8 is mounted in connection with a load sheave bearing 7 mounted on a center of the frame 1.
