PURPOSE: A power generating system employing the buoyant force, the gravity and levers and a method thereof are provided to generate power continuously without using any fuel and without polluting the environment, and control the power generation amount by controlling the size of buoyant cylinders and buoyant pistons. CONSTITUTION: In a power generating system employing the buoyant force, the gravity and levers, a buoyant piston(2) of a predetermined volume is inserted in a buoyant cylinder(1) filled with water to float on the water, gravity control water pressure cylinders(3,3') are mounted on the cylinder by the principle of lever for generating power by the repeated rotation of the cylinder between top and bottom dead points by an angle of 180°, a supporting die(5) of the center of gravity helps the rotation of the cylinder, a reservoir pressure control tank(4) and a water pressure control drain tube(9) are mounted for pressing the water pressure of a drain tube tank(26) and introducing water into the gravity control water pressure cylinders, the drain tube tank and a drain tube(27) are mounted for sending the water of the gravity control water pressure cylinder to the reservoir pressure control tank, and a dropped water tank is mounted for returning water leaked by the release of hydraulic connection tubes(22,23) to the reservoir pressure control tank. |
