PURPOSE: A combined washing machine and dryer is provided to achieve the improved efficiency of drying by detaching laundry from the side wall of a washing tub during drying after the completion of dehydration. CONSTITUTION: A combined washing machine and dryer comprises: a housing(201); a water reservoir(202) arranged in the housing to store washing water; a washing tub(203) arranged to be rotatable in the water reservoir, and which performs washing and dehydration operation; a motor(204) for providing power for the rotation of the washing tub; a heater(205) arranged in the housing to heat ambient air; a fan(206) for blowing the air heated by the heater into the washing tub; a switch pad(207) for selecting a drying mode and drying time; a control unit(208) for controlling the overall operation of the combined washing machine and dryer; and a laundry detaching unit arranged on the bottom surface of the washing tub to detach laundry from the side wall of the washing tub. The laundry detaching unit includes a base plate(211) arranged on the bottom surface of the washing tub, and one or more blades(212) mounted onto the base plate. |
