PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain stable oscillation by removing mutual interference between the resonance parts of a voltage controlled dual band oscillator. SOLUTION: The dual band voltage controlled oscillator 1 is constituted of variable capacity diodes D1, D2 for converting control voltage Vc into prescribed capacity components, a resonance means constituting a resonance circuit by using the capacity components, resonance parts 12, 22 for optionally controlling oscillation frequency, and oscillation circuits 11, 21 for continuing an oscillation state at the oscillation frequency set up by the resonance part. The ground parts of both resonance circuits are mutually connected through a capacitor C. Since the phase of a GND loop to which the resonance parts are connected is corrected by this constitution, variation in the change width of oscillation frequency of the oscillator 1 and variation of an output power level which are generated due to mutual interference between both the resonance parts 12, 22 can be removed in a used frequency band.
