PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transporting device for sensitive materials which is capable of easily realizing the inspection and cleaning work of second transporting rollers in particular by separately constituting first transporting rollers disposed lower than the liquid levels of respective processing tanks and the second transporting rollers disposed upper that the liquid level. SOLUTION: The transporting device comprises the drive rollers 36 and 37 which commonly transmit the driving force of the respective processing tanks 11, 12 and 13 by a drive chain 31 and are disposed lower than the liquid level L, the rubber elastomer rollers 34a and 34c which are disposed upper that the liquid level and driving force transmission members (46, 44, 45, 48 and 70). The device is separated to a first base section 130 and a second base section 30 and the driving force is transmitted to the rollers via connecting member 210 and 211.
