PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device wherein a correction period is shortened when a signal requires timing adjustment while rising of a correction cost is effectively prevented. SOLUTION: A semiconductor chip 4 comprising only an electrostatic breakdown countermeasure circuit and a resistor (passive element) is provided. A DRAM chip 1 is connected to a logic chip 2 through the semiconductor chip 4.
