PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a hinge part simple in a flip type body of a portable telephone. SOLUTION: A terminal 2 of a Y-shaped flexible board 1 is connected to the other terminals 3A and 3B, A space between the terminals 3A and 3B is made larger than the width of the terminal 2, and the flexible board 1 can be wound by passing the terminal 2 into the space between the terminals 3A and 3B. As an example, the terminal 2 is connected to a circuit stored in the cover part, and the terminals 3A and 3B are connected to a circuit stored in the body part. A cylindrical part 4 made of wound flexible board 1 is stored in a hinge part for engaging the cover part and the body part. Then, the shape of the flexible board 1 is made symmetric and the structure of the hinge part is made symmetric.
