PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment data analysis and diagnostic system capable of scruplously analyzing and diagnosing equipment data collected in a building management system even in the case of limiting with number of pieces. SOLUTION: This system for storing gradually changing building equipment data, analyzing the operating states of equipments, and diagnosing the deteriorating states of the equipments is provided with a building management system 1100 including a main processor 1103 having a database for building management and a local processor 1131 connected to building equipments, a facility data analyzing system 1120 including a processor 1123 having a database for facility diagnosis, and an information system network 1151 for connecting the main processor 1103 and local processor 1131 of the building management system 1100, and connecting the building management system 1100 and the facility data analyzing system 1120. |
